The WeaveJourneyman footballer Phil Littlewood will see out his long and distinguished career after signing on for the reserves for the coming season. Littlewood’s career has seen him play for various clubs including local rivals Squirrels and also Saturday team Duston Utd.

“The Weave” as he is affectionitely known can play either left back or centre half and has been known to do the odd stint in the middle of the park. His “competitive” nature can sometimes see him get into trouble with referees and opposition players alike but he has a great engine and will add experience and know how to the reserves defence.

He once scored a winning goal at ixfields with his right peg, the only time he has ever kicked the ball forward with his right foot. Phil will be a valuable addition to the reserves this year.
